There are quite a few amazing oyster farms just in the Chesapeake Bay, but if you want to broaden your horizons, you can also try Pacific, Kumamoto, Blue Point, or Wellfleet oysters.

You’ll need a shucking knife and a shucking board for each guest, as well as plenty of paper towels and somewhere to put the discarded shells.
