SHIPPING VIA UPS
White Stone Oyster Company offers shipping via UPS Ground (in Virginia, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and certain parts of North Carolina, Pennsylvania and other mid-Atlantic areas), 2-Day Air, and Next-Day Air to the continental United States. If your order is received by 2:00 pm Eastern time it can ship the day it was placed. Our shipments cannot be in transit over the weekend, so the destination, shipping method, day, and time of check out all impact when your order will arrive. Please read the following information carefully so you know when to expect your order.
UPS Shipping Schedule
If you place your order before the 2:00 pm cutoff time on:
- Monday - Ground/2-Day Air orders ship Monday for Tuesday or Wednesday delivery, depending on your location. Next-Day Air orders ship Monday for Tuesday delivery.
- Tuesday - Ground/2-Day Air orders ship Tuesday for Wednesday or Thursday delivery, depending on your location. Next-Day Air orders ship Tuesday for Wednesday delivery.
- Wednesday - Ground/2-Day Air orders ship Wednesday for Thursday or Friday delivery, depending on your location. Next-Day Air orders ship Wednesday for Thursday delivery.
- Thursday - Ground orders ship Thursday for Friday delivery to the mid-Atlantic areas listed above. Next-Day Air orders ship Thursday for Friday delivery.
- Friday- Next-Day Air orders ship for Saturday delivery
- Saturday, Sunday- Ground/2-Day Air orders ship the following Monday for Wednesday delivery, depending on your location. Next-Day Air orders ship Monday for Tuesday delivery.
- Future Delivery Dates - You may also select delivery dates in the future using the same shipping guidelines listed above.
*We do not ship via UPS on Saturday or Sunday.
Standard shipping to 1-day and 2-day regions ship UPS ground, and all other regions ship UPS 2-Day Air.
EXPERIENCING A SHIPPING ISSUE?
White Stone Oyster Company ships temperature-sensitive products via UPS Ground, 2-Day Air, and Next-Day Air, and while UPS is usually able to adhere to delivery windows sometimes things happen! A few things to note:
- Unfortunately (even as the shipper) we do not have access to any more information than that which is provided by the carrier.
- If your package is late, but the gel packs are still at least partially frozen your oysters are safe to consume.
